1. Why do we have these Webinar Terms?

If you are here, it means that you want to sign up for an online upcoming event transmitted over the web using video conferencing software (鈥淲别产颈苍补谤鈥�) hosted and organized by Text Inc. (鈥渨别鈥�, 鈥涡蝉鈥� or 鈥淲ebinar Organizer鈥�) having its place of business at One International Place, Suite 1400, Boston, MA 02110-2619 United States of America.

By signing up for our Webinar (as defined below), you consent us to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and you, as a person who signs up for the Webinar, become a 鈥淧articipant鈥� (also referred to as 鈥測ou鈥� or 鈥測our鈥�) bound by the following Terms.

2. How can you access the Webinar?

The Webinar is open to everyone, who is at least 16 years old. We won鈥檛 charge you for participating in Webinar as it is free. You can access Webinar via YouTube a third-party online video sharing and social media platform, that enables access to our Webinar (鈥淪treaming Platform鈥�). Please follow the instructions given by the Streaming Platform to avoid any technical difficulties and properly access Webinar. Also, please bear in mind that 89点怎么玩庐 bears no responsibility for Streaming Platform and any technical difficulties when it comes to Webinar accessibility or temporary interruptions in accessing the Webinar and we have no control over third party networks you may access in the course of accessing and viewing Webinar, and therefore, delays and disruption of other network transmissions are completely beyond our control and liability.

3. What data do we collect from you and why?

As you signed up for Webinar organized by us, we have the legitimate interest to collect and process, and transfer your personal data to our partners as a data controller. 5. What else should you know?

These Terms are governed by the law of Massachusetts, the USA. You agree to use your best efforts to settle amicably all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their interpretation. All disputes arising out of or connected with these Terms that can not be resolved amicably are subject to resolution exclusively through the court appropriate for Webinar Organizer’s headquarters.
