You can display stored customer information from your CRM in 89µãÔõôÍæ using the Nutshell integration. Whenever a user signs in to chat with an email you know, the integration will display the customer data associated with that email in the 89µãÔõôÍæ app.

Installation

Follow these steps to install the Nutshell integration on your 89µãÔõôÍæ account:

1. Log in to 89µãÔõôÍæ and .
2. Click on the Install button to proceed.

3. Next, you need to provide your Nutshell Username and API Key.
4. To get the API Key, log in to your Nutshell account and go to .
5. Next, click on the Add API key… button.

6. You will need to name the API Key and select the API access option. Click on the New API key button when you are done.

7. Click on the newly created API key and copy it.

8. Go back to the Nutshell integration settings in 89µãÔõôÍæ and paste your API key.
9. Once you’ve provided your Nutshell Username and API Key, you need to click on the Save changes button to finalize.

Congratulations! You can now look up your Nutshell contacts directly in the 89µãÔõôÍæ app.
