You can display a chat widget on your checkout process pages as well. To do that, you need to take a few simple steps. Here鈥檚 how:

If you鈥檇 like to add it to the checkout page specifically, you鈥檒l need the Shopify Plus subscription.

1. Enter your Shopify store settings.

2. Select Checkout and then Customize.

4. If you鈥檙e using the Shop Pay app, you can also display the chat widget there. Switch it on while enabling your chat widget for the checkout page.

Configure your sales tracker manually according to this tutorial. After that, select it from the list of available trackers in step 4.
