How to add the HelpDesk contact form to the chat widget
You need the HelpDesk integration installed for the welcome screen add-on to work. If you want the ticket form to work while agents are offline, set the chat widget availability to .
Start by navigating to the . Expand the Manage content drop-down menu.
Select Activate on the HelpDesk tab to add the tools to your welcome screen.
Save changes to complete the setup.

How to remove the app from the chat widget
To disable the tab or navigate quickly to the HelpDesk platform, select the ellipsis button and then the option you鈥檙e interested in.
